At the foot of Sant Grau, where the Vall de Llémena reveals its most authentic landscape, stands Mas Can Verdaguer: a country house documented since 1266, awaiting its next chapter.

With over 3,300 m² of built area across four buildings, the main house, Can Pavana (1781), Can Miquelet (1803) and annexes, the property offers rare scale and architectural presence. Masonry walls with dressed stone corners, a round arch with large voussoirs at the principal entrance, a porticoed gallery and a pitched clay-tile roof form a complex designated a Local Cultural Heritage Asset (BCIL, Register 6144-I) in 2015.

The estate spans 70 hectares: 40 of Mediterranean woodland, holm oaks, pines and chestnuts, and 30 of dryland crops, crossed by the Llémena river.
